Clean Up Your List
With each mailing, Sunrise Marketing checks your current mailing list against a CASS certified listing coordinated through the USPS. This is required in order to realize optimal postal savings. This process will identify any undeliverable addresses, or addresses with proper designation or incomplete zip plus 4 zip codes. We
recommend, to all of our clients, the process of annually checking their list for current residents and accurate addressees. Using either a first class mailing (undeliverable mail will be returned at no
additional costs), or an address correction request designation (returned mail will be charged at full postal rates—39 cents in the case of postcards and newsletters).
Another option is the service provided with the National Change of Address (NCOA). This service, which can be facilitated through Sunrise Marketing, will check your list against the latest current
residents listing. This will ensure that you know when someone has moved, sold the house, or passed away. This service, which runs $45 for a search going back 48 months and $35 for a search going back 6 months, is recommended on an annual basis. Your costs would be the $45, or $35, depending upon your choice.

Mailing Options
We offer complete, automated mailing/shipping services for our newsletter and postcard programs, but recognizing that not all of our customers have the same needs, we offer three different mailing options:
Print & Mail. We’ll do everything for you. Our computers can CASS certify your mailing list ($0.015/name) to qualify for the lowest postal rates. Our equipment can process mailing at speeds of more than 10,000 pieces per hour. We’ll generate labels, sort the mailing according to U.S. Postal Service regulations, and deliver it to our local post office using our postal permit. You use our indicia (permit #) at no charge! We’ll even ship you the extras if you want them.
Sort & Ship. If you have the permits and want to mail your
printed pieces from your post office but don’t have the time or
manpower to do it, we can help. We can sort the pieces for you. Once your piece is printed, we’ll label and sort it, then ship it to you via ground shipping. We provide tray labels, strapping, and the required paperwork. You simply put the sorted pieces into trays (supplied by the post office), attach tray labels, strap trays for security, and
transport them to your local post office with the postage and
paperwork in hand.
Print & Ship. If you’d rather mail the pieces yourself, we will
package the finished printed product and ship it to you via ground shipping. A notice will be faxed to you when your package leaves. From there, you can send the pieces out with first-class postage (39¢) or have them prepared for bulk mailing locally. |
