There has never been a better time to offer a Gift Card Community Fundraiser. It's easy and it works! You sell discounted Gift Cards to the charity, they pocket the difference. What a great way to get behind your community, while they help spread the word about your business. Of course the other benefit is the fact that customers for the charity then become customers of your business! We've put together the total package - everything you'll need to market and manage your program.
The Community Fundraiser will work by sending out prospect letters and responding to interested parties with the package folder. The Community Fundraiser package will have letter, disclaimer, order form, sample envelope, sample gift card on card holder, and your business card (you supply, or SM can print at additional charge). The prospect will review information and return completed order form. At that time you would forward along the Community Fundraiser sales tool kit. This would include envelopes, explanation cards, sorry I missed you cards and sample cards. You could supply gift cards at this time, or wait until the pre-order period is completed. We recommend a minimum of 50 cards. The fundraising group representative would be responsible for collecting orders, funds, etc. and providing your company with order. Gift Cards and funds change hands at this time. All other records would be maintained at your business.
